For my English classes, you need your books (havo: stepping stones textbook and the correct workbook) (vwo: student's book, workbook and Dutch Companion) and a file binder (snelhechter). In your file binder, you have your notes (blaadjes voor aantekeningen; in plaats van schrift) and the hand-outs you get (for example the hand-out about the tenses and the one with the irregular verbs).
